Meet Pam Cronin, the Preschool and Children’s Ministry Director at Medina First Baptist Church. Pam and her husband, Michael, have three children: Kelci, Ryan, and Jacob. In her free time, Pam enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her friends and family. She felt the call to children’s ministry around age 16, at which point she wasn’t sure what her ministry would look like, but knew it was something she was passionate about.
Teaching the gospel, emphasizing the importance of missions, and teaching about the role of missionaries in the world are Pam’s main focus in the children’s area. She wants the children to recognize how they can minister or serve others where they’re at right now. “It’s amazing to see what the children are doing through learning to serve one another and how much they enjoy it. Their hearts are filled with joy to serve others.”
Pam’s God-sized dream for the children’s ministry is to see their hearts grow with love for Jesus and the Gospel. Out of that love, she prays that they will desire to share it with others around them and recognize the difference they can make in the world.
Pam says she hopes guests to Medina First Baptist Church feel the warm welcome of walking into a family gathering and that they see the church’s desire to learn God’s Word and live out the Great Commission.
